A wonderful nougat flavour which goes really well with chocolate.  This is a deep, complex flavour with honey and lemon notes, and mixed alone at 3% it is a really unique taste combination.  Really comes in to its own supporting bakery mixes at lower percentages - it is a crucial ingredient in the superb Raspberry and Apple Macaron recipe.
