(1) Sections (2) and (3) below summarise your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013) and the Consumer Rights Act (2015). (2)  If you wish to cancel/edit your order

You reserve the right to cancel/edit an order up until 2:00pm on the day of your order. If you have placed an order after 2:00pm, you have until 9:00am the following day to contact us in order to rectify this. 

(3) Faulty goods

For the first 30 days after the delivery of your goods: if your item is faulty, you can get a refund.  You must return the products to us in their original packaging and provide proof of purchase.  We will refund the full cost of the item, and the cost of return postage, within 14 days of return of the goods. This does not include shortfills, flavour concentrates OR any consumable products sold by Make My Vape.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Make My Vape, Unit 5 Barracks Road, Sandy Lane Industrial Estate, Stourport On Severn DY139QB, United Kingdom.

(5) Returns for unwanted items

If you wish to return unwanted items you have to notify us within 7 days from the delivery date. We won't process refunds of postage for unwanted items, only the price you paid for them, provided they are still intact.

You are able to return/exchange an item/s if the seal is NOT broken, and still intact. The items must be returned to the following address: Make My Vape, Unit 5 Barracks Road, Sandy Lane Industrial Estate, Stourport On Severn DY139QB, United Kingdom.

You cannot return items which have been partially used, opened, or mixed with any other items.
