A very strong strawberry flavour that majors on the taste of natural strawberry.  Not the sweetest flavour on its own, but makes a really good combination to building an authentic fresh fruit strawberry if mixed both with other strawberry flavours, or other sweet bases.  Raved about by many users, but it is worth being clear: do not use too much; this a strong flavour with a long steep time that is worth the effort if used with care.
