Standard UK Delivery
All orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on the weekend will be dispatched the next working day.
All standard orders are sent using Royal Mail second class, which usually means you will receive your order 1-3 days.
Orders over £20 are delivered for free. Orders under £20 incur a £1.99 charge to help cover our postage costs.
We may automatically upgrade certain types of orders to a Royal Mail signed for, or courier service, at our discretion. If we do, this is completely free of charge to you.
Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For
If you choose this option from the shipping options at checkout you will get a signed for 1st Class Delivery. This order will take 1 – 2 working days to arrive.
We charge £2.99 for an upgrade to tracked and signed on orders over £20 and £4.99 on orders below £20.
Next Working Day Guaranteed
This is Royal Mail’s guaranteed next working day service or via Parcel Force Next Day.. An order placed before 2pm Monday-Friday will arrive with you on the next working day. An order placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday and arrive with you on Tuesday.
If you choose this option from the shipping options at checkout you will get a tracking number and your order will have to be signed for.
In some cases we may upgrade orders of this type to a next-day courier service at no extra cost to you.
We charge £7.95 for an upgrade to next working day delivery on orders over £20 and £9.95 on orders below £20.
Delivery to Highland Postcodes, Offshore Islands and Northern Ireland
For customers who select 72mg Nicotine in their basket and the delivery is to certain Scottish Postcodes (show below), Offshore Islands and Northern Ireland postcodes. There will be a £11.99 delivery charge as this product can only go with a special courier. For customers who use other products including 50mg nicotine this will go via Royal Mail at the standard delivery charges set above.
Scottish Highlands and Islands includes postcodes: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly: BT, IM, TR21-25.
Delivery to Work/Business Addresses
If you choose to have your order delivered to a place of work or business address, please think about who might be there to receive it. We cannot be held responsible if a colleague, receptionist, security guard or similar accepts the order and doesn’t pass it along to you. We consider the order delivered when anyone at the address you provide for delivery accepts the package and will not accept claims for non-delivery in these circumstances.
International delivery is charged at a flat rate of £20 for orders up to 2KG. For orders over 2KG we may contact you and ask for further payment to send goods abroad or will offer a full refund.
Delivery to PO Boxes/Mail Forwarders
We will not dispatch orders to PO boxes or third party services such as mail handlers and forwarders. This is because we cannot get sufficient proof of postage.
Late/Missing Postal Orders
All orders are sent via Royal Mail and Parcel Force, who can take longer than the expected delivery times occasionally.
Very rarely a parcel can be lost in the post. When this does happen we have to follow Royal Mail’s claim procedures.
A claim against Royal Mail for lost items can’t be started for 15 working days, but we start our own investigations after 10 working days. So please give it a little time and let us know if your order hasn’t arrived within these timescales.
