Unexpected changes to ParcelForce delivery times
We have just been informed by ParcelForce that they have made changes to their delivery schedules.
This has occurred suddenly and without any warning.
What impact will this have?
This means that your orders that are being delivered by ParcelForce may now be shipped the next working day.
We have always guaranteed that orders placed before 2pm on Monday to Friday will be shipped the same working day and we are disappointed that we can no longer make that guarantee.
However, we will strive to ensure as many deliveries as possible go out on the day they are ordered, as usual.
If your order is not dispatched the same day, it will be processed and dispatched the next working day.
What delays will this cause?
If your parcel is not dispatched on the day you order, it will be dispatched the next working day, which is Monday to Friday.
This will have the biggest impact on orders placed on Fridays, as they may not be dispatched immediately. If that is the case, we will attempt to process and dispatch your order as soon as possible on Monday.
Obviously, this will add an extra few days to your wait for your parcel.
How will I know when my parcel is dispatched?
You will still receive an email to confirm your order and another email to let you know when it has been dispatched.
As always, this email will contain a ParcelForce tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your parcel once it has left our warehouse.

What do I need to do?
Please allow some extra time for your deliveries to arrive with you.
We aim to ensure there is as little impact on you as possible, so orders should take no more than an extra two days to reach you, and many orders will not be delayed at all.
To make sure you have everything you need, though, please place your order a couple of days earlier than usual.
