Very happy with this company! Their prices are fair, quality is top notch and order arrived surprisingly fast! The nic salicylate is superb, first time trying this over the traditional benzoate and I much prefer it, so much smoother but provides a decent hit. Thanks so much guys I'll be back soon!

Order was confirmed as dispatched but actually out of stock…
Order was confirmed as dispatched but without a tracking number so my enquiry revealed the order had not been dispatched as item showing as in stock on website I had ordered was actually out of stock! Very upset with the lack of clarity as in the end instead of a 2/3 day delivery it was actually a week long till I received. Not good

I have looked into this and I can see that your order was due to be shipped on February 5th, we were sadly out of stock of one item so we contacted you to let you know on the same day.
We then upgraded your order to a next-day service and shipped your order on February 7th, delivered to you on February 8th.
Your order arrived to you within 3 working days.
We completely understand the frustration with your out-of-stock item, we rarely have any issues with our stock levels and I can assure you we do not purposely advertise unavailable items.

I have used MMV for over 6 years now…
I have used MMV for over 6 years now and find it very straightforward ordering the goods I require. They arrive swiftly and are in my opinion great quality. I love the vanilla type flavours but have tried various recipes of vastly contrasting flavours over the years. Now that the large nicotine bottles with higher concentration are back it’s a one stop shop for vaping.

On the 1st time of ordering a pipe and…
On the 1st time of ordering a pipe and coils, which should as in stock on the website, it turned out not to be in stock. I then ordered another pipe, with coil, and was contacted to tell me the second order was also out of stock and I asked to be sent an alternative, which looked great, but then fell apart (both magnetic tanks) I then ordered a different style pipe which also should as in stock and without any contact by phone or email, was refunded, leaving me waiting for it to be sent.
Very unhappy about this.

After your first order, we deactivated the product page to prevent further purchases of the out of stock item. However, somehow the page remained accessible and you were able to place two more orders of the same item. Always good selections and decent…
Always good selections and decent price. Delivery is fast. The only issue I've ever had was once, a bottle had leaked a few ml inside the box. It had been wrapped with tape to try and prevent it but it still leaked a bit. No big deal.
